Terms of Service

1: 1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the 7 FIX electronic platform or any other technical means affiliated with the Company.
• Company 7 FIX: A company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 1010690878 with headquarters in Riyadh.
• Client: Anyone who benefits from maintenance services, subscriptions, or offers provided through the platform.
• Services: All maintenance services, packages, or offers provided by the Company through the platform.

2: 2. Subscriptions and Packages

• The subscription period is one Gregorian year starting from the activation date.
• The subscription fee covers labor costs only and does not include spare parts or materials.
• The Client is entitled to request services at available times, and the Company undertakes to exercise due diligence to ensure timely availability.
• A visit shall be counted if the maintenance team attends the Client's location and is unable to complete the work due to the Client's absence or refusal.

3: 3. Terms of Use and General Service Conditions

General Maintenance Package (Electrical – Plumbing – Air Conditioning)

• The package includes scheduled visits for preventive inspection and repairs, in addition to emergency visits when required.
• Basic repairs are included in the package, while spare parts or additional work will be charged separately.
• The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
• The client is responsible for providing safe access to equipment and work areas during the scheduled visits.
• In the event of critical failures (such as water leaks, complete power outages, or air conditioning breakdowns during peak seasons), priority will be given to immediate response under the package.

Pest Control Services

• The company uses odorless pesticides that are officially approved and licensed.
• The client must ensure that the premises are vacated of people, pets, and exposed food before the spraying process begins.
• Bedbugs and rodents are not included in the packaging.
• The company is not liable for the reappearance of pests if caused by poor hygiene or external sources.
• The company shall not be held responsible for any side effects resulting from the client's failure to follow the post-treatment instructions provided.

Refrigeration and Display Cooler Maintenance

• An initial inspection and assessment will be conducted to identify malfunctions before starting any repair work.
• Original or approved spare parts will be provided, and their costs will be charged separately.
• The company's liability is limited to a (30)-day warranty on the completed repair, excluding malfunctions caused by misuse, power outages, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The service includes emergency visits as per the package or prior agreement.
• The client must notify the company at least 24 hours in advance in case of rescheduling or cancellation; otherwise, additional fees may apply.

4: 4. Cancellation and Refund

• The client may not cancel the subscription after payment; in case of cancellation, only 50% of the subscription value shall be refundable.
• Once a service request or visit has been scheduled or performed, the subscription becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Payments are non-refundable after activation; however, the company reserves the right to credit the client's wallet with any unused balance at its sole discretion.

5: 5. Limitation of Liability

• The Company's liability is limited to providing the agreed service within the subscription only.
• The company shall not be held liable for malfunctions resulting from misuse of equipment by the client, indirect damages, financial or moral losses, or any maintenance work or dealings conducted outside the platform or with third parties.
• The Client must directly supervise the maintenance work during execution.

6: 6. Geographic Scope

• Services are currently provided only within Riyadh, with the right to expand or modify without prior notice.

7: 7. Privacy Policy

• The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of Client data in accordance with Saudi laws.
• Data is disclosed only upon official request from competent authorities or with the Client's consent.
• The Company may use Client data for service improvement or marketing in compliance with consumer protection laws.

8: 8. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9: 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• This Agreement is governed by Saudi law, and disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Riyadh.
